You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelors in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of industry experience or Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ years of industry experience

- Have strong background on at least one of the fields. (DFT, DFD or Functional Safety) and familiar with different fault models.
- Hands-on experience on RTL and gate level simulation and debug in presilicon

- Working experience on silicon debug is strongly preferred.
- MS with minimum 3 years’ experience or PhD in the field of Electrical and Computer engineering/Computer Science

Have strong background on DFT design (scan, TAP or memory BIST controller). Familiar with different fault models.
Hands-on experience on RTL design and timing exceptions. Familiar with functional safety requirement and data integrity features. Prior experience on silicon debug in either system or ATE tester.
