Job Description:

This role sits at the core of the Enterprise Organization, serving as the key data liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing and developing foundational data models thatdrive reporting,reconciliation, and merchant insights, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.Your work will enable seamless access to critical data, empowering stakeholders tomake data-drivendecisions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your day to day:

  • Design, develop scalable , efficient data products data models and optimize data storage solutions

  • Lead cross-functional data initiatives with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance teams

  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Implement data quality checks, data governance, and security best practices across data platforms.

  • Identify systematic gaps in data accessibility and propose solutions

  • Balance ad-hoc analysis with building scalable insight and data visualization infrastructure

  • Partner with data engineering and BI teams to source internal and external data for reporting, analytics and business insights delivery.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

What you need to bring:

  • 4+ years' experience in data modeling, analytics, or business intelligence

  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with query performance optimization.

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).

  • Understanding of data warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and schema design principles.

  • Leverage modern technologies, such as AI and ML

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
