Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design and architect a scalable and secure CI/CD as a service solution aligned with IT and engineering needs.
Evaluate and select the most suitable CI/CD platform based on technical requirements and user needs.
Establish a comprehensive self-service onboarding program for developers and other stakeholders, including web portal, training materials, workshops, and ongoing support
Implement and configure the CI/CD platform, including integrations with version control systems, code repositories, and deployment targets for SW engineering
Define and implement best practices for secure CI/CD workflows, including access controls, code signing, analytics.
Continuously monitor and optimize the CI/CD service for efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with various SW engineering product teams to understand their specific needs and integrate them into the CI/CD process.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the CI/CD pipeline.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in CI/CD technology and implement improvements as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation for the CI/CD platform and processes.
Proven ability to influence leadership on vision of Devsecops and help leadership with strategic decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
9+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in IT-related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in projects/programs.
Job Specifications
8 to 10 years of experience in software development and DevSecOps practices.
Hands on experience in designing and implementing CI/CD as a service for enterprises is a must
Proven hands on experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and technologies (e.g., Cloudbees or OpenSource Jenkins, Github, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, Artifactory, ArgoCD etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Github, Gerrit, Perforce)
Experience designing and/or managing self-service CI/CD capabilities for enterprises
Experience with observability platforms with respect to CI/CD pipeline visibility, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Excellent scripting skills (e.g., DSL, Python).
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
Experience building and deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with security best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead devops engineers and mentor engineering developers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay range:
$137,000.00 - $206,000.00
