You will also work cross-functionally with the Service Engineering and Pre-Sales teams to continuously improve existing services, co-develop new offerings, and represent our capabilities to customers across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and administer services on SAP BTP including:
  • BTP Administration & Monitoring
  • SAP Cloud Identity Services
  • BTP Application Administration & Transport Management
  • SAP HANA Cloud
  • SAP Build Work Zone
  • SAP Business AI
• Manage lifecycle processes such as onboarding, incident handling, service request fulfillment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Service Engineering team to co-innovate and enhance BTP service offerings based on operational insights and customer feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting service adoption and helping them realize business value from their BTP investments.
• Support pre-sales engagements by presenting service capabilities, technical designs, and value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and improve operational documentation, templates, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants within the team.
• Stay ahead of SAP’s BTP roadmap and innovations, identifying opportunities for service evolution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Proven expertise in at least 3–4 core BTP service areas (e.g., Integration Suite, HANA Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, Cloud Identity).
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, architecture, and SAP’s security & transport mechanisms.
• Experience working in or with managed services and/or operational delivery teams.
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging with customers, pre-sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to structure and lead customer-facing conversations, both technical and strategic.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to SAP Business AI and AI/ML use cases within the BTP ecosystem.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and scripting (e.g., Python, YAML, CI/CD).
• SAP certifications in relevant BTP areas (e.g., Integration, Extension Suite, or Identity Services).
• Experience working with agile delivery models or service design teams.
