Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 8 years of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field with an emphasis on compilers or ML performance.
- Compiler development experience in the context of accelerator-based architectures.
- Experience in Hardware/Software codesign.
- Experience in optimizing ML models for inference, MLIR, and/or LLVM.
