Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To search and develop a quality, brand building distribution network that is capable of generating sales revenue that meet company financial projections as well as company strategic distribution plans
- Strengthen the relationship with key LLD enable us to win the competition in the marketplace
- Enhance the cooperation efficiency with key LLD from individual project mode to national holistic mode
Planning
- Provides input to and participates in the design of adidas group mid-term strategies in relation to regional retail expansion for both FRS and Own Retail in East & South.
- Develops with Retail Expansion Director an East & South Retail Expansion Plan which reflects distribution, marketing and geographic strategies
- Proactively seek right location of new POS opportunities by building strong real estate network in the region and negotiate with relevant parties
- Consistently improving the location and space of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels
- Regularly updates the East & South retail expansion plan
Management
- Manages the yearly & quarterly retail expansion plan being well implemented
- Manages department stores and shopping malls on systematic way
- Reports to upper management on market intelligence
- Communicates regional POS development to Head of Retail Expansion on regular basis,
- Manages the retail expansion team to implement the business plan with high quality for the specific geography
Financial
- Regional POS opening/upgrade target
- Own Retail BPM accuracy
- Own Retail Trade Term Target
Systems and Processes
- Ensures the activities of POS opening/upgrading/planning to follow the defined company process
- Updates the POS information on regular base to Retail Planning team who is managing POS database
Strategy Landlord related
- Support MM&KC SVP and Retail Expansion Director to develop strategic relationship as well as strategic biz plan with key landlord
- Gain key location for adidas iconic store to support adidas marketplace transformation project
- Help negotiate better biz terms and conditions for new/renewal/remodel/rental reduction projects to maximize the store ROI
- Leverage well-built relationship with LLD to support company key strategies including Key city, TZA et
Others

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in retail expansion and related discipline is preferred
Professional background / Experience
- Above 8 years’ experience in retail expansion and related environment for multi-national consumer brand or retail company

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
