As a senior FP&A, you will provide key insights to drive strategic decision-making and support the company's continued growth.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in economics or a related field, an MBA, or other advanced degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems (Pigment/ Adaptive/ Anaplane, NetSuite, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with building complex financial models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A day in the life, how will you make an impact:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: be part of the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insightful variance analysis and highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Act as a key financial business partner to various departments, providing financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Performance Management: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Automate reporting and analysis processes where possible.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed, such as due diligence for potential acquisitions, financial system implementations, and other strategic initiatives
