Cardiac Wireless Monitoring Supervisor


Your role:

  • Manage scheduling and performance for Clinical Wireless employees, oversee daily floor performance, and provide technical support to both customers and staff.

  • Identify operational enhancements and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Develop, mentor, and coach team members, and contribute to the implementation and reinforcement of policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with other leaders to ensure effective team performance.

  • Work within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to monitor key performance indicators and uphold high-quality standards within a collaborative work environment.

  • This role requires working from 9:00pm to 7:30am ET (four 10-hour shifts) including a weekend and holiday rotation.

  • You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.

  • You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician, 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician or 4+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.

  • Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong technical aptitude and computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously and have an ability to adapt to change.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

  • You’re an energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and remaining flexible. Additionally, strong listening and patience are key attributes.
