• Assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews

Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the design and implementation of complex recruitment and onboarding processes in SuccessFactors.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs, using best practices and industry standards.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
5. Provide advanced training and support to end-users on the use of SuccessFactors for recruitment and onboarding.
6. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions in a timely manner.
7. Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices.
8. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of new processes and tools.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
3. Strong knowledge of HR processes, SuccessFactors functionality, and industry best practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
7. Certified in both Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
