Provide technical guidance on model selection, MLOps, data engineering, and project scoping.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in AI/ML fields, with Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in production environments.

Strong knowledge of modern leadership practices (goal-setting, feedback, coaching). Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, balancing technical depth with business impact.

Proven leadership and people-management skills, including conflict resolution and coaching.

Understanding of end-to-end AI/ML pipelines—from data ingestion to model governance.

Ability to question assumptions and maintain a healthy skepticism to drive data-backed decisions. Skilled communicator able to translate complex AI concepts for executive-level audiences.

Familiarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies to manage fast-paced AI project cycles.
