Your key responsibilities

As a Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud – Senior Consultant, you'll work for implementation or support/ change projects, ensuring the compliance of project deliverables with standards, and guide a team of developers. You’ll communicate with stakeholders while demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented approach to learning new technologies. Here you find a more exhaustive list:

  • Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
  • Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle HCM modules like Global Human Resources (Core HR), Talent Management, Workforce Management, Learning Management, Workforce Health and Safety Incidents, HR Help Desk, Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Advanced HCM Controls, Employee Experience, HR Analytics.
  • Participate in design reviews and discussions
  • Map client requirements against the functionalities
  • Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
  • Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Cloud
  • Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
  • Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
  • Prepare quality deliverables
  • Prepare test scripts and test cases
  • Conduct trainings
  • Prepare quality deliverables

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP fusion finance
  • Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations in any HCM modules
  • Prior experience of other HR systems is good to have.
  • Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • German or English skills
  • MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
