- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in project/program management.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience setting and delivering against goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the News or media sector.
- Experience in program management, particularly in establishing and improving operational workflows, communication channels, and tracking systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ability to clarify and communicate complex issues for an executive audience internally and externally with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent people skills with ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels, including senior leaders internally and externally, without direct authority.
- Effective project management, problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment.
