What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy consumer campaigns
- Stakeholder Management & Communication - Work with a wide variety of partners, including other Consumer Ops teams, Marketing, Legal, Policy, and Product to deliver results.
- Analyze data - Efficiently organize and analyze data on campaign performance
- Create & Optimization Processes - Scale new and existing processes to ensure efficiency, while ensuring strong documentation of learnings and processes.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 year professional experience in industries such as Consultancy or Finance; internship experience accepted
- Data-first problem solver
- Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Self-motivated individual that works well independently
- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills
- SQL experience preferred
For Canada-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is CAD$33.90 per hour - CAD$35.58 per hour.
