JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Lead Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our equipment and facilities. Your expertise in API inspection will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the highest level of quality and reliability. This position requires an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the safety and reliability of our operations. By conducting thorough inspections, you will identify any potential issues or defects, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Your attention to detail and adherence to API standards will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform API inspections on equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of equipment integrity, identifying any potential risks or defects.
  • Generate detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in API inspection methodologies.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have

protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as an API Inspector or similar role.
  • Valid API 510, 570, or 653 certification.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Additional API certifications (e.g., API 580, 571, 577).
  • Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
  • Familiarity with asset management software.
  • Proven track record of conducting successful API inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of API inspection standards and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
