• Executes Data Quality controls such as Alert Volume & Case volume impacting AML business.
• Identifies issues before DCRM detection and Data Concern creation.
• Manages AML Scenario Production Threshold validation as part of quality control.
• Data Guardian role to control database access.
• Supports AML 360 Tableau production change management.
• Understands, contributes to, and owns process documentation.
• Identifies Data Quality issues impacting AML monitoring and causing operational risk to business.
• Assesses risk and impact of production issues and escalates to business and technology management in a timely manner.
• Flexibility to work on call off hours/weekends during critical project phases, if necessary

• 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
• Knowledge/experience of issue tracking and reporting Tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge/experience of (ITIL) Incident/Problem Management.
• A culture of risk awareness and transparency.
• Ability to plan and organize personal and team workload.
• Knowledge of basic service delivery tools such as Jira, SQL, Confluence and Tableau is helpful.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
