YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

Security Risk Management aims to proactively safeguard our organization's assets, reputation, and stakeholders by improving the risk culture for behaviour towards, risk taking, negative outcomes, and policy compliance by enhancing trust and risk mitigation while protecting the core values of our organization at all times.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of Security Risk Management experts, promote and cultivate a strong, inclusive team culture that reflects our core behaviors and values, ensuring a premier development experience for the team.
• Collaborate and support the Security Risk Management leadership team to integrate security risk governance and compliance into strategic plans; promote efficient and sound business processes and practices and risk-informed decision-making.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools and methodologies that enhance end-to-end process efficiency.
• Fostering a customer and data centric approach and driving automation of key risk management processes.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated success in cross-organizational programs in a matrix environment, ideally in an international context.
• Professional working experience within Product / Cyber Security, Compliance and/or Security Risk functions and processes.
• Proven knowledge in security related laws: regulations, strategies, processes, standards, and services
• Stakeholder engagement/management — communicate clearly and convincingly with different stakeholders.
• Communication and persuasion — verbal and written. Able to translate detail into thematic and value impact-based communication.
• Demonstrate accountability, transparency, integrity, and a team-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills including C-level experience.
• 5+ years' experience working as a manager, preferably in a security organization.
• 15+ years' experience working in cyber security risk management and compliance functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
