As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing strategic insights and practical solutions to our clients. You will support project engagements and collaborate closely with business leaders, utilizing your extensive industry knowledge, analytical skills, and innovative strategies to drive meaningful change, improve operational effectiveness, and foster lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core team member across all phases of the engagement: planning, execution, and closure
- Handle day-to-day tasks and deliverables assigned by the engagement manager or client
- Develop high-quality reports and presentations, ensuring clear narrative and visual excellence
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Participate in or lead meetings covering business, governance, and project performance topics
- Conduct analysis and reviews of project-related documentation to assess current state, performance gaps, and governance issues
- Guide and supervise Junior consultants and analysts, providing quality checks, coaching, and day-to-day oversight
- Support the simultaneous delivery of multiple client engagements
- Break down complex challenges into actionable insights and contribute to generating practical recommendations
- Participate in business development activities by identifying opportunities, conducting research, and contributing to proposal development
- Stay informed about regional and global market trends, and assess their relevance to client challenges.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to support conclusions and enhance decision-making
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development, opportunity scoping, and stakeholder research
- Proactively develop new skills and broaden internal networks while strengthening the EY brand
Qualifications
: Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy development, or business transformation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing client relationships
