Your key responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and client focused approach
• Deliver on complex transfer pricing questions (e.g. M&A, tax audits, MAPs, IP migration, business restructuring, etc.)
• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients
• Identify opportunities to involve other technical disciplines to expand the scope and value of services delivered
• Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
• Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training our people
• Involvement in the management of team operations through managing junior staff development and assignments

Skills and attributes for success

• 3 years of international tax experience, thereof 2 years in transfer pricing, preferably with an advisory firm
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, valuations, accounting and finance
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Master’s degree
• A plus: CFA, STEX, CPA, LLM or PhD
• Full working proficiency in English. German or French are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of MS SharePoint and transfer pricing databases (Amadeus, Loan Connector, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc.)
