Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories.



Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Segment, Supply chain, Warehouse, Service and Finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement process changes for driving operational efficiency across order fulfilment & Procurement domains.
  • Entering orders in ERP and communicating the same to manufacturing for Order acknowledgment.
  • Accounting the goods shipped fromManufacturing/vendorsby creating Good Receipts Notes (GRN) after the same are customs cleared.
  • Ensure the Invoice output are adhered to Statuary requirement before dispatch.
  • Own all matters related to system transaction and work with IT team for issue resolution.
  • Act as single Interface to Modalities, Sales, and Finance for matters related to backordering onManufacturing/vendors,Invoicing and issue resolution.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of Inventory (System v/s Physical) for the items transacted by him/her at warehouses and keep Inventory levels within targets given.
  • Inventory Management and Obso / reserve management
  • Ensure all documents are arranged as per the guidelines of Revenue recognition and provided to Finance in time.
  • Coordination with Invoicing team, Warehouses and CHA for dispatch of goods for the customer Orders in neighboring countries.
  • Work with Inbound / Outbound logistics for timely & proper delivery.
  • Work with Sale & AR Team to ensure goods are delivered strictly as per the payment term mentioned in customer purchase orders.
  • Intimating sales teams in advance to complete all pre-requisites for the delivery of orders.
  • Ensure Strong culture of Quality, controllership and Regulatory Compliance in all the processes.
  • Drive Lean/Simplification projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any stream. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 4-5 years of experience working in logistics, materials management, or supply chain management involving flow products.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Analytical and process skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives

and customers at all levels

  • Exceptional skills as a change agent and process oriented individual
  • Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.
  • Supply Chain Experience with Multinational Organization having Manufacturing abroad and Distribution in India.
  • Warehouse Management, Local Transportation & Customs business knowledge.
