Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.
Experience in one or more discipline areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, or artificial intelligence.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building conversational applications with Google Dialogflow or similar products/tools.
Experience building applications powered by Large Language Models.
Experience in technical consulting.
Understanding of contact center technologies and platforms (e.g. Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.).
