QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Design and Technology, Interdisciplinary Visual Arts, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interface, User Experience Design, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience Designer, Product Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology, Interdisciplinary Visual Arts, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interface, User Experience Design, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience Designer, Product Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Interaction Design (IxD); and Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Creating interactive prototypes; Leading discovery efforts to uncover and document current state processes including communications events, account status milestones (such as suspension or closure), payment cycle and posting dates, and payment plan eligibility rules; and participating in upfront user research, contributing to the creation of research read-outs and sharing strategic research insights and artifacts. This position requires experience with the following: Performance data, including entry and enrollment rates; Key performance indicators including net credit loss benefit and drop-off rate; and objective key results for driving planning and prioritization conversations.

Full-Time. Salary: $130,800 - $165,000 per year.
