What you will accomplish:

• Learn eBay policies and procedures to detail results for the Jewelry Verification program.

• Apply standard grading and identification methodology

• Initiate and solve exceptions.

• Apply knowledge of jewelry to identify characteristics and treatments present in gemstones

• Collaborate with a diverse group of individuals.

• Complete verification for all categories

What you will bring:

• Gemological Laboratory grading and identification with minimum 1 year experience required.

• Diamond grading experience preferred

• Math proficiency: including but not limited to division, fractions and percentages

• Partnership: Interface well with others, knows who to go to and how to communicate issues/needs.

• Strong analytical thinking

• Proficient in both German and English
