Your key responsibilities
- Participate and manage advisory engagements involving financial and economic analyses of hospitality sector companies, projects, and properties, including
- market, financial, operational and investment analyses
- market research
- valuations and feasibility studies
- transaction support services
- commercial due diligence
- strategy design
- Provide audit support with the review of valuation work and with the provision of input related to the hospitality sector
- Participation in business development activities (proposals, client presentations, professional events)
- Interfacing directly with clients
What we look for
- Strong academic background, including
- a BSc in Finance, Economics, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or another related field with strong quantitative focus
- an MSc in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, MBA, or another related field with strong quantitative focus
- 6+ years of relevant work experience within an Investment Bank, a multinational firm, another Big4 professional services firm, or similar
- Good understanding of the local hospitality industry and ability to recognize key performance drivers and emerging business, technical and industry trends
- Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English
- Very good knowledge in Financial Modeling (cash flow modeling experience) and MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical/quantitative skills
- Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development
Desirable
- Experience in the hospitality sector
- An active RICS, CFA certification (or in a final stage of completion)
