Director, Product Management (PXDP60)

As a Product Leader for Network Observability, you will be instrumental in enabling IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies, identifying potential issues before they impact users, gaining real-time visibility into network performance, and deriving actionable insights for faster incident response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing downtime, and optimizing user experiences.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of people leadership experience

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure

• 3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions

• 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms

Chicago, IL: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product Management New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
