Responsibilities*

• To process / Verify payments (Incoming, outgoing) & exceptions in a timely manner, adhering to laid down procedures and ensure that the established service standards are met.

• Executing the Process Control framework and Support Management in actively driving the business strategies like Zero Repair and Building process Resiliency

• Support the ongoing Industry changes - ISO 200022 – FED / Control Center.

• Support Management in various critical functions of the process on a regular basis.

• Understand various upstream and downstream and effectively communicate that allows daily operations to be carried out smoothly.

• Escalate any process related ambiguities to the SME's (Onshore / Offshore) or Manager for clarification.

• Support the team manager in capturing performance related data and report MIS on a timely basis.

• Have innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements.

•Strict adherence to the Tasks and reports with 100% Accuracy expectation.

•Take Ownership of each of the Review / Report and effectively engage Upstream / Downstream team with minimal supervision.

• Seek opportunities to improve process by initiating best practices.

• Identify risk areas in the process and implement mitigation plans.

• Assist the supervisors in preparing various process reports.

Requirements*

Graduate or Post Graduate – Commerce (B.Com) or MBA (Finance)

Certifications If Any : SWIFT Certified (Preferably)

6-7 Years

Foundational skills*

• Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient understanding of various operational Risk and Controls.

• Proficient understanding of Payments products and related concepts including SWIFT, MT's, Industry dynamics.

• Technical Expertise on various payments related applications In-house (GBS, WTX, GIN, SAA etc.).

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with the regional representatives.

• Ability to multitask, prioritizing urgent items & meet stringent cut-offs.

• Organized, methodical and customer focused

• Self-driven and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.

• Eye for detail and ability to think on the feet.

• Willingness and able to own tasks to completion

• Flexible and adaptable to changing Business demands.

• Proven ability to interact and handle multiple stake-holders displaying strong business acumen.

• Highly motivated with a zeal to support business strategies and leverage skills in delivering process efficiencies
