Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a group of technological (chemical) process engineers and drafter designers to ensure the effective delivery of engineering projects and programs;
- Developing delivery efficiencies, and continuous improvement in design delivery quality and efficiency;
- Delegating effectively to the Process and Drafting Leads;
- Cooperates and supports Piping & Process Discipline Manager in building staff capabilities, ensuring skill development, monitoring and report on utilization levels, tracking actuals versus targets;
- Liaising with the Quality manager to ensure that the engineering group understands and adheres to QA/QC processes.

- Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid model (project dependent).
- MS degree in Chemical/Process engineering;
- Fluent (written and oral) in English language;
- Minimum 5 years engineering experience in process engineering and design,
- Experience related to team management will be an advantage;
- Experience in working with international and multicultural teams (ability to manage professional staff would be an advantage);
- Advanced knowledge of process guidelines, code and standards and good engineering practices (EU and USA) and basic knowledge of other engineering disciplines;
- Experience in preparation and development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);
- Experience in hydraulic calculation, pipeline sizing, equipment selections, heat and material balance calculation;
- Ability to analyze and manage key performance indicators;
- Experience working with budgets, budget forecasting and schedules;
- High level decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills, good communication skills.
