About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can navigate a wide range of stakeholders, driving action and delivering results. You should have strong business acumen, allowing you to quickly understand complex challenges, recommend practical solutions, and follow through effectively. Additionally, you’ll need to be proficient in data, operations, and strategy, using these skills to make informed and impactful decisions.

What you'll do:

1. Strategy : Work closely with the leadership and S&P teams across Latam to build a shared vision and strategic approach for the region and run strategic, consulting-like, projects
2. Planning : Build & maintain financial and operation models, operational reporting, OKRs, projections, and key business metrics to advise leadership decision making
3. Hands-on execution: Scale, build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist the operation while also stepping into operational gaps to help the local teams implement strategic initiatives
4. Project management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, support strategic bets that are being incubated or require strategic leadership and support across the region
5. Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Business Development, People Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Rides, Eats, Cornershop, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships

What you'll need:

1. Education: We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
2. Years of Experience/Industries: At least three years of professional experience, including a minimum of six months in investment banking, consulting, process optimization, business intelligence, and/or strategy.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, including knowledge of statistics and proficiency in SQL.
4. Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English.
5. Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior partners and cross-functional teams.
6. Execution: Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution—speed and quality are both critical.
7. Forecasting Tools: Experience with forecasting tools and their methodologies.
8. Process Optimization: Experience implementing process optimization frameworks is preferred.
9. Strategic Problem-Solving: A track record of defining solutions to complex, strategic challenges with a data-driven, analytical approach is highly preferred.
