Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the (insert site) that appliesits expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means toimprove quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive processinitiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatoryagencies, government regulations and engineering specifications whileinstilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, productacceptance and, product quality.

Design and develop in-circuit test systems to verify the functionality ofelectronic components and PCBs.
Work closely with design engineers to understand product specifications anddevelop appropriate testing strategies.
Develop test programs and scripts for in-circuit testing equipment.
Program and configure automated test equipment (ATE) to perform functional andparametric tests.
Design and develop test fixtures and probes for use in in-circuit testing.
Ensure fixtures are optimized for accuracy and repeatability.
Optimize in-circuit test processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Implement improvements to increase test coverage and reduce falsepositives/negatives.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to addresstesting requirements and issues. Analyze test data and results to identify trends, patterns, and potentialissues.
Generate reports and documentation to communicate test results and findings.
Investigate and troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in in-circuit testing.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall testingefficiency and effectiveness.

Hands-on experience oftest system development and software program development.
Programming skills required in some of the following languages: C-Family (C,C++, Java, C#), HTML, Visual Basic, Python, NI (LabView, TestStand).
Demonstrated proficiency of system design for test hardware or software withdisciplined DFx and FMEA principles and methodologies
Demonstrates the abilities to produce useful engineering solutions for assignedproblems in an independent manner.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet commitments.
Ability to communicate needs, plans and achievements at all levels of acorporate organization.
Ability to simultaneously participate in multiple issues as they arise in amanufacturing environment.
