Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the International Private Bank’s (IPB) Line of Business Treasury, effectively linking treasury concepts to private banking operations.
- Cover specific treasury activities in Geneva while maintaining an international focus on profitability, asset liability management, and capital management.
- Participate in loan and deposit pricing, ensuring alignment with profitability goals and market conditions.
- Support the implementation of asset liability and capital management strategies, optimizing the bank's balance sheet.
- Provide analytical insights on treasury and profitability topics for the IPB.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Engage with technology teams to develop and implement projects that support treasury functions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury or finance within a banking environment.
- University degree.
- Proven expertise in loan and deposit pricing with a focus on profitability metrics.
- Strong knowledge of bank balance sheets, asset liability, and capital management.
- Experience with funds transfer pricing concepts.
- International exposure and experience working in a global banking environment.
- Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally firsthand experience with Python and Tableau.
- Effective communication and prioritization skills, with a results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to simplify and present complex topics.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across different regions.
- Experience interacting with technology teams to drive project development and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within a top-tier financial institution.
- Master degree or CFA certificate.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in international banking.
- Additional languages are a plus.
