MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of Systems/Software development experience (out of which min 5 years in systems)

Requirements authoring at the systems level
Familiar with functional decomposition
Familiar with system architecture
Familiar with communication protocols like ARINC 429, A664 etc
Familiar with Validation of requirements at a system level
Familiar with ARP 4754 and ARP4761
Systems development lifecycle
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
Familiar with Safety analysis
Participated in design reviews PDR CDR
EARS notation of requirements writing
Model Based System Engineering concepts
Effort estimation
Agile development
