JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and helping manage the manufacturing processes in our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your expertise in manufacturing operations and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our Front-Line Supervisor and you'll work out of our Orange, Texas location on a rotating shift schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our manufacturing operations by helping lead a team of technicians, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Help lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and support
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 7+ years in a manufacturing technician role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
