This position requires the availability to work a schedule of 7:15am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.This position also requires the availability to work an in-office rotation of Monday, Wednesday, Friday during week 1 and Tuesday, Thursday during week 2, as well as additional in-office days as needed.The Operations Production Support Specialist will be part of the Fund Accounting organization. You will be responsible for tracking participant/investor activity (receipts and disbursements) by the trading of a unitized pooled asset.Monthly Unitization – The pooling or commingling of assets in which holders reflect units of the pooled asset. The price of the unitized asset is calculated on a monthly basis.Daily Unitization – The pooling or commingling of assets in which holders reflect units of the pooled asset. The price of the unitized asset is calculated on a daily basis.The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:- accounting experience
- securities processing experience
- understand assets and asset setup
- asset management background
Job Description
  • Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
  • Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and business impact. Gathers and communicates performance statistics and reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Promotes and monitors the production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues. Independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation.
  • Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process. Determines and/or drives change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes.
  • Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards. Independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
