This role is focused on our private equity secondaries strategies.

Principal Responsibilities

• Produce and update client materials including but not limited to performance analyses, case studies, update call and annual meeting materials, investor reporting, portfolio review books and other ad hoc client portfolio updates
• Prepare content for fundraises, including product profiles, pitch books, and other documents
• Work with senior team members in managing client deliverables and communications, as well as new business development activities such as completion of requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
• Effectively articulate the role of private equity strategies within a client’s portfolio and explain to internal and external stakeholders the investment strategy
• Answer questions from sales teams across all channels (private wealth, institutional, third party distribution)
• Coordinate closely with investment team and other internal stakeholders such as legal, risk management, operations, compliance, controllers and tax in order to respond to requests from clients and senior management

Qualifications

• Strong interest in private markets and investor relations
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high levels of accuracy
• Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word and adaptability to learn other software products
• Candidate must be a team player and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take on more responsibility over time
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
