Essential Responsibilities:
Expected Qualifications:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Backend Engineers, Product Managers, and Partner Developers—to rapidly build and deploy AI-native applications and solutions.
• Develop and maintain both front-end interfaces (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python) with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
• Create connectors to various content and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Git) by leveraging their specific API endpoints.
• Implement robust engineering solutions and generative AI applications using best practices in software design, cloud architecture, and DevOps.
• Utilize prompt engineering techniques and optimize LLM calls to improve response times, accuracy, and application-specific needs.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, including Large Language Models, RAG concepts, and prompt engineering, proactively experimenting and integrating these into production systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in building AI-centric applications or solutions.
• Proven background in full stack development with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Electron) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python) along with familiarity in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts such as LLM integrations, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP Protocol, and prompt engineering.
• Strong proficiency in version control (Git), code review practices, and testing methodologies.
• Advanced communication skills to clearly present complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, libraries, and frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and research in AI-driven technologies.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
