As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell IndustrialAutomation, you will be responsible for assembling and testing variouscomponents and products in accordance with engineering drawings, workinstructions, and quality standards. You will play a critical role in ensuringthe quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will reportdirectly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbus, OHlocation. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring thetimely and accurate assembly of products, contributing to the overall successof our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and test components and products according toengineering drawings and work instructions
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products toensure they meet the required standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in theassembly process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improvemanufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean andorganized work area

2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (group of 4)
Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Effective communication
Experience with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) reporting
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
