Qualifications

• Expertise in TEM sample preparation and experience with create/modify automationrecipe(AutoTEM/iFast).
• 4+ years’ experience on FIB/SEM tool operation (Ga-FIB and Plasma FIB).
• Bachelor or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry Engineering, or similar field.
• Advanced understanding of semiconductor devices such as GAA, Nano Sheet, 3D NAND, DRAM.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work positive way with peers and customers at all levels
• Effectively manageprojects/tasks/assignments,showing initiative and meeting expected timeframes.
• Understand the process of ALD, CVD, PVD, and sputter coating.
• Familiarity with destructive technology for failure analysis.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Flexible work hour/day.

PREFERRED:

• Experience on TEM operation.
• Experience developing new techniques on novel materials
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques

Responsibilities

We are looking for a strong FIB Engineer who has experience operating and resolving various projects using FIB/SEM. In this role, the individual will be responsible for

• Interactive with customers to understand the business needs and provide new/alternative solutions.
• Explore disruptive technology with process engineering teams on bringing new metrology solutions
• Work on production samples using SEM/FIB tool
• Create and modify automation recipes (AutoTEM/iFast) to optimize throughput and adapt to new materials.
• Compile reports for comprehensive metrology analysis (FIB, TEM, SEM/EDS).
• Create and modify automation recipe to optimize production and new type of materials.
• Lab metrics analysis and presentations to the team and customer.
