In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of Intelligent Automation experience
• Skill Sets: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PVA, Power BI), Alteryx (Data transformation and automation), Kofax (OCR tool)
• Certification: MS Power Platform Certified, Alteryx Certified

Job Expectations:

• As an Intelligent Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing MS Power Platform based applications that meets our business needs
• Design and develop Intelligent Automation applications using MS Power Platform, Alertyx and related technologies to build and deploy composite solutions.
• Integrate Intelligent Automation applications with external systems databases, web services and APIs
• Conduct unit testing integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of applications
• Work closely with Business Product Owners Stakeholders and Lead Business Analysts to translate business requirements into Power Apps applications
• Integrate multiple technologies using Power App systems architecting designing and developing advanced customizations
• Optimize solutions by conducting detailed code and design reviews to ensure high code quality
• Map functional requirements to MS Power platform features and functionality
• Develop an advanced knowledge of the MS Power platform Architecture and all design and implementation features
• Defect fixes and debugging using clipboard tool for the application code in different testing phases deployment planning
