We're looking for a
Employee Experience Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end
  • Develop, create & maintain on-site employee services (i.e - facilities, transportation, etc.)
  • Keep up with (global) events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc.
  • Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve Moon Active as a top employer to potential candidates
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience as an Employee Experience Specialist
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events
  • Proven involvement in startups or the High-Tech industry
  • High-level English (verbal and written)
  • Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-points
  • A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure
