As a Sales Assistant, you will:

  • Support both Pre-sales and post-sales phases as a sales assistant.
  • Maintain office matters such as logistics, room, and miscellaneous administration.
  • Attend internal meetings, and external meetings as requested by case.
  • Support Salesforce.com operations.
  • Search information related customers and partners in the territory.
  • Route picked up opportunities to the appropriate sales reps.
  • Help to make materials for reporting sales data to managements.
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to contribute Sales team’s goal.
  • Have flexible thoughts and behavior to solve business obstacles co-working with sales manager.
