Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in test development (e.g., design validation, hardware/manufacture/product/performance/quality testing).
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction and manufacturing.
- Experience in implementing or leading complex, transformational projects resulting in improvement of test or manufacturing operations in the area of quality, cost, speed.
- Experience within a broad range of hardware and test technologies including high complex optical test and manufacturing.
- Experience working in hardware and software test development or automation.
