Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, online media environment, or a marketing role.
Ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak and English fluently to support client relationships and drive sales in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Experience in assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing and engaged promotions.
Knowledge of business, online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to build compelling narratives and use storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Ability to consistently achieve business quotas to drive growth.
