Help solve critical financial and strategic challenges for our client base across broad product and sector groups by:

• Developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and assisting with structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions;
• Developing financial models, perform customised company valuation analysis and forecasting, assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances;
• Preparing client presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations and provide the necessary financial insights to help shape client investment strategies to meet their goals;
• Coordinating teams of tax advisers, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions;
• Organising due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
