• Ops Management: Contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the verticals you will be supporting in our operations team, together with identifying opportunities and tracking performance
• Process & Tool Creation: One of your tasks is to create processes and tools for our customers, partners (couriers, restaurants) and teams in the field. For example, you might automate a communication campaign, build new rules that help fight fraud, develop new partnerships (eaters acquisition, food safety…), optimize onboarding processes or create an identification system for delivery problems and then find scalable solutions to correct these.
• Project Management: Operations Managers/Associate oversee projects from their initial definition until their final implementation. They are also responsible for defining and following project KPIs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many different teams in France and across the world, ensuring alignment, quick execution - all while maintaining Uber’s high standards for operational execution.
• Data analysis: Uber wouldn’t be Uber without all of our data. You will autonomously create your own analyses and dashboards to measure your projects’ success.
• Stakeholder management: Orchestrate and bring together the work of a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders including City Managers, Courier Operations Representatives, EMEA Central Operations team, Product, Finance, CommOps, Comms, and Legal to ensure consistent and appropriate focus.

• 2-4 years of demonstrated ability in Startup, Strategy Consulting, Operations Management, or another relevant field
• Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial competence. Excel modeling is required and SQL knowledge is helpful.
• Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
• Experience problem solving and proposing outstanding solutions to complex issues
• Experience developing and implementing project proposals (end-to-end)
• Experience in leading process and performance improvements by using data and insights
• Experiment and hustle to build quickly. This individual will need to identify and evaluate solutions for short and long-term operational problems
• Experience working closely and presenting effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders in a constantly evolving, rapid-growth environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Dutch
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets or SQL proficiency
