In this role, you will:- Explore key reasons behind customer engagement and non-engagement with our services, identifying barriers that may prevent full utilization. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive churn analysis, gaining insights into what drives customer retention and attrition.- Work on analyses, which may lead to strategic recommendations aimed at boosting critical performance metrics, such as increasing iCloud attachment and payment success rates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics or similar fields of study.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent quantitative and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of critical thinking and business acumen
- Related internship experience
- Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
