A knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (API's, Big Data, Native UI's) to incorporate into building great products

What you’ll do:
Own the referrals program core experience roadmap, from user discovery and ideation to execution and iteration
Define, socialize and monitor KPIs that reflect the health of the program, including growth, conversion, engagement and revenue impact
Lead the strategy of growth placements and integrate referral campaigns across channels across the product to maximize visibility and adoption of referrals
Lead a team of software engineers and designers to deliver a best in class referrals experience, including designing and testing new referrals mechanics, incentives, and UX improvements through A/B experiments and data-driven insights
Analyze and understand the competitive landscape and uncover novel ways to differentiate our offering and user experience
Develop a deep understanding user and business stakeholder needs, ensuring they’re considered in tradeoff and prioritization discussions
Create a vision and roadmap to address customer pain points and take Shopping’s referrals program to the next level
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
At least 3 years of experience with SQL
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
2+ years of experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize user journeys.
Experience in mobile-first products or platforms with large user bases
Experience in designing and optimizing growth loops, viral mechanics, or referral programs
