As a

Key Responsibilities:

• · Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise)
• · Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance.
• · Configuration of Security systems hardware and software
• · Diagnoses Fault and repairs on Security Head end systems
• · Software load and Configuration of EBI / DVM Systems
• · Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors.
• · Estimates materials costs and quantities and ordering parts
• · Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as directed by Facility leader
• · Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
• · Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as requested.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• · Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment (Essential)
• · Experience with Controls systems and EBI products in Fire, Security systems. (Preferred)
• · Strong experience in System trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis. (Essential)]
• · Experience in building (HVAC/BMS/Fire) Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis (Preferred)
• · Relevant Trade qualification (Essential)
• · Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential)
