What you’ll do:

  • Lead the Charge: Develop and implement a multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on converting our existing free and self-serve customer base into qualified enterprise leads.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Own and manage an experiment roadmap, rigorously testing and refining your strategies to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly MQL and PQL goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to identify high-value customer segments, develop targeted messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
  • Messaging Mastery: Craft compelling messaging strategies that resonate with specific customer segments and channels, leveraging both product-led and customer-centric approaches.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage and optimize the email nurture series, creating personalized experiences that engage prospects and drive them towards sales-ready conversations.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and growth best practices, continuously innovating and experimenting to drive growth in a dynamic landscape.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • Growth Mindset: 6+ years of proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or a similar field, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Channel Proficiency: Expertise in email marketing with a deep understanding of how to leverage these channels for lead conversion.
  • SaaS Savvy: Strong grasp of self-serve and enterprise SaaS business models, with the ability to tailor strategies to each customer segment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform campaign optimization and strategy adjustments.
  • Excellent Communicator: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and to present effectively to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working effectively across teams, building strong relationships and aligning stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to successful completion.
