Reporting to thethe
What a typical day looks like:
- You will manage customer relationships
- You will reconcile customer accounts/contracts
- Investigating late paymentissues
- Keeping internal stakeholders up to date with case progression
- You will work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group
- Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years
- Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills – you’re confident dealing with clients
- Attention to detail
