- 15 years of experience in building mission critical products
- 5 years of experience leading software built by many teams
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (particularly Product Management and Technical Product Management) across organizations
- Leadership experience in hiring, retaining, and supporting teams with senior engineering talent across the globe
Preferred qualifications:
- Domain experience with infrastructure security
- Experience with managing teams responsible for security research
- Experience building enterprise products at scale and engaging with enterprise customers
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate geographically distributed teams to work together as a cohesive unit
