Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an overall learning and development strategy aligned with the AI and Data Practice
  • Identify training and development needs within the team through job analysis, current technology trend, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with sector leads.
  • Direct the design, development, and delivery of training programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and are updated regularly to incorporate new developments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback information to adjust programs as needed.
  • Oversee and manage the training budget, and ensure training costs are well managed and within budget.
  • Supervise and guide a team of learning and development specialists.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and encourage curiosity and development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and effective training materials.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor employees to enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Keep up-to-date with new learning tools and techniques, ensuring the company’s training programs remain cutting-edge.
  • Gather targets and drive certification based on that
  • Work with alliance technology companies and enable right learning from them.
  • Driving training academies towards specific skill growth
  • As part of stakeholder management, need to work with GDS and global leaders and periodically send status to them

Requirements:

  • SM1 or SM2 level
  • Must be aware of AI & Data technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge in various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, e-learning, workshops.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Critical thinking and decision-making ability.
  • Outstanding planning and organizing abilities.
  • Good understanding of EY processes
  • Minimum 12-14 years hand-on experience in one or more of the above areas.
  • Minimum 14 years industry experience
